Organic Red Beets is a sweet and colorful way to add vital nutrients to your diet. Beet root’s most prominent phytochemical is betaine. WHAT TO DO:
Each smoothie blend is in its own serving cup. Simply pour the contents into a blender. Add a cup of coconut, rice, almond, soy or cashew milk or your liquid of choice to the blender. Add ice if you want to have a slushy smoothie. Blend for about 20 seconds. Pour the blended superfood smoothie back into the cup, and enjoy! It's so fast and easy!
Since it's freeze-dried there is no need for refrigeration, but keep in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight.
