Our super green detox smoothie is nutrient-dense with fruits and greens that’s known for their digestive properties, anti-inflammatory benefits and phytonutrients to help regulate blood sugar. We’ve added the most potent super greens such as spiralina, wheatgrass, kale and spinach to the blend.
IN THIS CUP:
Apples have a moderately sweet, refreshing flavor and a tartness that is present to greater or lesser degree depending on the variety. The phytonutrients in apples can help you regulate your blood sugar. Recent research has shown that apple polyphenols can help prevent spikes in blood sugar through a variety of mechanisms. Flavonoids like quercetin found in apples can inhibit enzymes like alpha-amylase and alpha-glucosidase. Apples also provides us with about 8 milligrams of vitamin C and has antioxidant benefits.
The tropical fruit that balances the tastes of sweet and tart has anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. Pineapple is also an excellent source the trace mineral manganese, which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses. It is a good source of thiamin, a B vitamin that acts as a cofactor in enzymatic reactions central to energy production.
Kale is a dark textured leafy green vegetable in the same vegetable group as brussels sprouts, cabbage, and collards. It is especially high in Vitamins A, C and K, calcium, lutein, carotenoids, and zeaxanthin.

WHAT TO DO:
Each smoothie blend is in its own serving cup. Simply pour the contents into a blender. Add a cup of coconut, rice, almond, soy or cashew milk or your liquid of choice to the blender. Add ice if you want to have a slushy smoothie. Blend for about 20 seconds. Pour the blended superfood smoothie back into the cup, and enjoy! It's so fast and easy!
Since it's freeze-dried there is no need for refrigeration, but keep in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight.
