Pineapple is also an excellent source the trace mineral manganese, which is an essential cofactor in a number of enzymes important in energy production and antioxidant defenses. It is a good source of thiamin, a B vitamin that acts as a cofactor in enzymatic reactions central to energy production.
Wonderfully sweet and naturally creamy makes banana the perfect addition to any smoothie. They are a good source of both vitamins and minerals, as well as fiber. This fruit is a favorite among endurance athletes for their mix of vitamins, minerals, potassium and low glycemic carbohydrates to keep energy levels steady and to prevent muscle cramps.

Turmeric is a close relative to ginger. This brightly colored root is known for it's disease-preventive agent probably due largely to its anti inflammatory action. WHAT TO DO:
Each smoothie blend is in its own serving cup. Simply pour the contents into a blender. Add a cup of coconut, rice, almond, soy or cashew milk or your liquid of choice to the blender. Add ice if you want to have a slushy smoothie. Blend for about 20 seconds. Pour the blended superfood smoothie back into the cup, and enjoy! It's so fast and easy!
Since it's freeze-dried there is no need for refrigeration, but keep in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight.
