IN THIS CUP:
The ever popular and sweet taste of strawberries is a collection of polyphenol antioxidants that includes flavonoids, phenolic acids, lignans, tannins, and stilbenes. Each one of the polyphenol categories contains an enormous variety of antioxidants, most of which have also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Peaches also offer a rich treasure of minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorous, zinc, and copper. Peaches are low in calories, contain no saturated fat or cholesterol, and are a good source of dietary fiber.

WHAT TO DO:
Each smoothie blend is in its own serving cup. Simply pour the contents into a blender. Add a cup of coconut, rice, almond, soy or cashew milk or your liquid of choice to the blender. Add ice if you want to have a slushy smoothie. Blend for about 20 seconds. Pour the blended superfood smoothie back into the cup, and enjoy! It's so fast and easy!
Since it's freeze-dried there is no need for refrigeration, but keep in a cool dry area away from direct sunlight.
